Christchurch Annual Festival of Flowers

May 23rd, 24th & 25th 2026

We are all getting ready for our 36th Festival of Flowers, where the church will be looking beautiful with displays of colourful flowers depicting themes of 'Weather'. There will be music being played by guest musicians, which will include piano, organ, ukulele and singing.

In the hall, there will be, from 11.30 - 2,  waiter-served lunches and desserts, and outside of those times, tea, coffee and biscuits. From 2pm, cream teas, and home-made cake will be on offer.

There will be plenty of stalls to browse in the hall, and these will include plants, bric a brac, jigsaws, cakes, books, and a raffle.

There is no charge for admission, although donations are very welcome. This year the RNLI and church funds will benefit.'

One final comment to challenge us all in response to any other type of stall we could have 'a marriage bureau for us singles!!'

If you wish to know some more just look at the book in the vestibule. Congratulations to everyone for all their wonderful work and support, and to all who visited the Festival.
